A fun and relaxed 45 minute session.
Some guidance/ instruction for posing is provided.

YOUR STORY ~ $495
Documentary style photography in the comfort of your home. I'll spend approx. 45 minutes photographing in a 'fly on the wall' kind of way. And you guys just do your thing! Be it making pizzas, snuggling up on the sofa with a book together or heading outside to garden, feed and play with the pets.

DO YOU REQUIRE A DEPOSIT?
A $100 deposit is required to secure your session booking. The balance is due on or before the date of your session.
WHERE ARE YOU BASED AND DO YOU TRAVEL?
I'm based in Blenheim and love to travel - so absolutely, yes! The Investment pricing is based on the session location being within 30km radius of Blenheim township. There may be a travel fee if additional mileage is required.
WHEN WILL OUR PHOTOS BE READY?
You will be sent a private online download link to access your completed images within 3 weeks from your session.
HOW MANY PHOTOS WILL WE RECEIVE?
Every session and family are different! The numbers stated on the packages are an absolute minimum.
WILL YOU ADVISE US ON WHAT TO WEAR?
Absolutely! Once your session is booked you’ll receive a confirmation email that has hints and tips to help you prepare everyones outfits. At the end of the day, these images are yours and should capture your personality. I want you to be happy and comfortable in what you choose to wear.
WILL YOU PROVIDE LOCATION IDEAS?
Can do! I have a list of my favourite session locations which I can provide upon booking confirmation. Ultimately, my passion is that these images capture the spirit of you and your family. If your family has somewhere (a beach, forest etc) that you visit regularly, enjoy or is special to you - let me know and let’s go there! I’m also super happy to come and hang out at yours. Whether I’m capturing story time and sofa snuggles or the kids clambering over hay bales and feeding the animals. If you like the idea of hanging out at home - the Your Story session may appeal!
WHAT TIME DO YOUR SESSIONS TAKE PLACE?
For on-location Family or Maternity sessions, I prefer to shoot in golden hour light. This is in the hour leading up to sunset. The quality of images at this time of day is far superior, offering flattering lighting and gorgeous tones. Middle of the day light is typically harsh and casts a lot of dark, unwanted shadows. That said, there are some locations that we can photograph at in the early morning or late afternoon and I am happy to discuss these with you if it works best for your family and children. If you can embrace the adventure and do a golden hour session - go for it! Autumn/ Winter is often a great time of year for families with young children as sunset is at a more reasonable hour.
Brand New Newborn sessions take place typically around 10am in your home.
Your Story Family sessions can take place any time. We'll just talk through this when you book your session.
